Morrisville State draws SUNY Cortland for opening round of NCAA Division III Championship Tournament

MORRISVILLE, N.Y. – The NCAA revealed its 62 team bracket for the Division III Men's Soccer Championship Tournament Monday, sending the three-time defending North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) Champion Morrisville State College Mustangs to face the Red Dragons of SUNY Cortland on Saturday.

Cortland (17-2), currently ranked no. 6 in the soccer polls, were the 2016 State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) Champions following a 1-0 defeat of SUNY Oneonta.

Morrisville State (16-3) earned its third straight trip to the tournament after posting a 2-1 decision over Keuka in the conference finals to claim the automatic bid.
