She continued success on the field over the next three seasons, and after posting an 11-3 conference record this past year, was named the Freedom Conference Coach of the Year.

Stroop has had several players earn All-Conference honors, including top conference accolades as the Freedom Conference Player and Pitcher of the Year this past season.

Stroop is a graduate of Mount Vernon Nazarene University, earning a Master of Arts degree in education in 2007. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Mount Vernon Nazarene.
