Women’s Cross Country Finishes 8th at Stephen Warde Invite

MORRISVILLE, N.Y. – The Morrisville State Women's Cross Country team finished 8th at today's Stephen Warde Invitational held at SUNY Cobleskill. 

Raylene Wade (Red Creek, N.Y.) was the first to cross for the Mustangs, finishing in the 22nd spot with a time of 21:48.04 in the 5k. 

Maria Miner (Liverpool, N.Y.) finished ten spots behind in the 32nd spot with a time of 23:00.57 and Mikayla Solloway (Sherburne, N.Y.) finished 38th with a time of 23:16.90. 

Rounding out the scoring for Morrisville was Maura Conlon (Marcy, N.Y.) in the 51st spot overall with a 24:34.57 run and Sarah Fanion (Cooperstown, N.Y.) in the 61st spot with a time of 26:35.94. 

The Mustangs will travel to Rochester, N.Y. for the University of Rochester Yellowjacket Invitational on September 17.
